Had to share this one...

“A woman walks in and pours a year’s wages worth of perfume on Jesus’ feet. A woman known in her community not for her generosity or goodness but for being a “sinner”—the kind of woman found on late-night street corners. Her scented offering became the expression of her faith, of her desire and gratitude for the forgiveness that Jesus brought. While the religious leaders of the day offered only condemnation, Jesus offered forgiveness and a path back to God. Jesus knew the greater the sinner, the greater the appreciation for the beauty of forgiveness. No matter our sin, no matter our history, our mistakes or our struggles, Jesus offers forgiveness. No life is too tattered, no soul too battered, no heart is too dirtied to be saved by the forgiveness of Jesus.”

It's that awesome!

Have a great day friends! :)

WOW...

Relationships may soothe for a time, money may give pleasure for a while, but struggles, failure, and death overtake us all in the end. Nothing in this life can truly satisfy, truly last, or bring wholeness. But while this life will always be plagued with struggles, with broken relationships, and with a world of empty money, pleasure, and success, there is hope. A hope called Jesus. A Jesus who forgives our struggles, heals our relationships, and brings value to our work and meaning to our life.

Have a great day!

Awesome Bible study this morning....09/05/2013

Just thought I would share this were I could...I think this is great!
I ask that God teach me to spend my life never forgetting the sacrifice His Son offered.

“Jesus came because there was a price to pay and promise to fulfill. It was a promise that one day the world would end it wars and find peace from evil. Through his death sin is forgiven, the chains of evil broken, and the debt of humanity erased. While this world persists, its evils will still prevail. But Jesus promises a new unending life, a new world after this one, one without sickness or pain or trouble. He promises, for those who follow him, a new heaven and a new earth will be our future. We are offered it free and clear if only we accept it.”

Have a great day,
